Eleanor Jules was the most popular girl in school. Everyone loved her especially her 'on-off' boyfriend for years, Adam. But she cant help but fall for a nerd. Shes embaressed to tell her friends but soon he changes from super loser to super football cutie star. She cant help but fall for him. But shes dating Adam! Her friends come up with a plan to go on a date with both of them to see who she likes better. Who will she choose?

"Duh, we've been together since 3rd period, gosh.. are you getting all of this down?"

This was the second interview this week for the school news paper. They apparently want to know all about the most amazing girl ever (ME) to put in there 'Most popular student' article. This is the 3rd year in the row i have won this and it gets pretty tiring, having to walk to the news room and sit down in one of those hard chairs and talk about myself to a nerd. Pure torture!
I'm looking around the room waiting for the nerd to come back with my water when i spot someone. He walked out of the printing room in his plaid button down shirt and dark washed jeans and walks over to one of the computers near me and sits down. He didn't even look at me, say 'Hey Hottie', or compliment me!
"Ah hem"
"Um, yes?"

"Okay? Well I'm Eleanor.. but you already knew that"

"Extra credit, if you write an article you can get your grades bumped up 10%"

"Ya they have been for 5 years now"
"Ya, my parents have been split up for 10 years"

"I was 5 when my mom left to go live with Andrew"

"Well my dad was a little suspicious of my mom so he went onto her email and saw all of these sexual emails of pictures and letters to my mom from a man named Andrew. My dad confronted her and she told Andrew who didn't like that he knew so he forced her to move across the country to where he lived. My dad tried to contact her and wanted to know why she didn't have any input on whether she wanted to go or not, later my dad found out that he was my moms uncle harassing her. He would email my dad videos and pictures of him doing sexual things to my mom, but it was to late. He wasn't going to give her back."
"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry"
"I'm sorry i get a little teary when i think about it"
"Oh its fine. I understand. So where is she now?"
"We don't know. They moved, changed there names, phone numbers, emails. Everything. He even made her get a face transplant so we wouldn't know it was her if we ever saw her."
"That's horrible, is there anything you could do about it?"
"Me and my dad tried to find her, we left our house and searched everywhere but we couldn't. We stopped searching when we got here and Ive been here ever since."
"Wow, I'm so sorry."

"Well i just moved here a couple weeks ago with my mom and sister and i still cant get the hang of things.Would you mind showing me around?"

"Oh ya, forgot"

I turn over to the nerd and try to focus on my interview but i just cant.
"Okay, so whats your favorite thing to do?"

"Um, ya i was just wondering, who is that?" pointing at the cute boy in the plaid shirt.
"Oh, that explains a lot.. that's Declan. Hes the new kid hes just trying to get his grades back up because at his old school there was to much drama with his girl friend so when he broke up with her she was a total spaz and threatened to kill him and his grades were going down so his family had to move."
"Holy crap"
"Ya but he is pretty cute, eh?"

"Oh ya, i forgot"

The bell rings and i have to get to my math class. I walk out of the class room to a row of desperate guys.

"No i will, i know her schedule off by heart"
"Um thanks guys, but i think i will just carry them"

"Ya, i just said i was, if you want me to be your girlfriend you cant argue with me"

"Okay i get the whole women power thing, but Jake, the hottest desperate just asked to carry your books and you said no"

What is she talking about? I grab my phone out of my locker and the note from Declan and put him into my contacts : Name: Declan = Hottie Number: 289-688-7273, and i click save. Then i click Send Message and click on his name and start typing: Hey cutie, whats up? When i get tapped on the back.
"Hey Hottie, who you texting?"
"Oh just Gabby and Mila"

"So i was wondering if i could take this little cutie out on a date tonight?"

"Great i was thinking the regular, dinner, watch the stars, then go back to my place"

Me and Adam go walk outside and sit next to the 'kissing tree' and get strait to business. I hate to say but hes pretty good at the sexual stuff, i guess cause he has so much experience. I know most girls would find it annoying to see your boyfriend having sex with another girl, it hurts the first couple times then you get used to it and you just start to ignore it, i don't even notice it anymore.. Soon me and Adam walk back into school hand in hand when i spot Declan at his locker and he sees me and starts walking over to me, and i let go of Adam's hand.

"Um, but .."
"Um, Adam i think you should go"
"Okay, fine but get him to do my homework"

"Like what?" He leans in and grabs my waist and pulls me really close to him so our noses are touching, i start to close my eyes.

Did that just happen? Okay so he just played me into almost kissing him then asks me out on a date tonight. Okay i like love him, wait i have a date with Adam, oh shit. I see Gabby at her locker and i run over to her and pull her arm and whip her around.

I grab her arm and run down the hall and grab Mila and run outside the school doors.

"Come on" We stop at the kissing tree and sit down

"Okay, so me and Adam have a date tonight."

"Then i was talking to Declan and he totally was a player and he was leading me on and i thought he was going to kiss me then he said we would finish on our date.. tonight."

"He said we would go out to dinner, watch the stars, then have sex and once i left he would do it with another girl"

I head off to cheer leading practice in the gym  I walk in to see Gabby flirting with Gavin, I run into the change room to get changed when i see Abigail making out with Brently when hes obviously still dating Lorelei, shes just trying to take my spot as most popular girl, but by getting boys and making out with them under their will will not get you there. I rush to get my skirt on and pull it up to my waist and run out to go and sit at the front of the group to start. We are doing the regular practice when i see Adam walk in and wink at Mila and she just gives him a cutesy smile and continues on. I know she likes him but it was pretty creepy, just saying. Soon i see Declan walk in with the rest of the jocks towards the change room, he gives me a cute smile and i drop Gabby.
"Oww"

"Are you okay?" Helping her up.

"Ya," i grab a piece of paper out of my locker and right my address, "Here"

He gives me a quick kiss and leaves, i look around to make sure Declan wasn't around to see. I Get home and Gabby and Mila are waiting on my front porch.

I sit down in my desk chair and Mila grabs her make up bag and gets to work, she grabs for coral and white eye shadow, some black eyeliner, blush, and some pink lip gloss.

I wait around for 15 minutes until i hear the door bell ring, and i run down the stairs to answer the door.

I run up to the server and ask her to bring us some to go bags and she goes into the back to get some. I sit back at the table but i cant stay there any longer i can tell he was going to look over soon.
"I'm gonna head to the washroom"

I run towards the washroom when i hear Adam's voice and i rush quicker to get in.

"Ya you why are you here?"
"Um, just hanging out with Eleanor"

"I'm on a date with Adam, don't tell her, she would freak!"

I walk out of the washroom towards my table.
"Come on lets go"

"Fine" He drags me over near the emergency exit to be alone.

"Well since you ditched me for your 'girls night' and i have to say your date dose look like a girl, and i had an extra free dinner and your friend Mila has been really sweet to me and shes a good kisser so i brought her"

"He asked me out on a date and i said yes"

"Because i don't think he would come here with my best friend"

We hop into the car and he starts to drive until he hits the curb.

We pull through the grass up to a small mowed place near an entering.

We jump out of the car and i follow him down the narrow path into the forest.

I look around to see a blanket underneath a huge oak tree next to a a small running river lit up by the moon light.

We walk over to the blanket and we sit there silently until he puts his arm around me.

He looked me deep into my eyes and gave me a kiss, then another, soon we were on top of each other making out.
"When i said i wouldn't let you take me... i was lieing"

He picked me up from the blanket and carried me over to the car.


I wake up the next morning on Declan in the back of his car in my underwear.

He grabs me and kisses me. This time it felt different. Like i meant to be there.
"Were gonna have to go back to school eventually"
"Oh crap, i forgot. Put your clothes on and we will drive there"

I slip on my clothes as he quickly drives around to get to school. Minuets later we drive into the parking lot.
"Okay lets go"
"Do you wanna get dressed first or not, cause if you didn't I'd be fine with that"
"Ha, I think I'm going to, so i don't draw a crowed with my sexy abs"

We quick kiss then run off separate ways into the school. When i walk in i run into Adam.

I give him a kiss and head off to my lockers. I was hoping to be disgusted but hes such a good kisser i cant help but want more. I soon see Gabby and Mila talking and i run over to them.

I hear the door bell ring and i walk down stairs and open the door to see Adam standing on my door steps with a room key, chocolate, and red roses. He gets down on one knee and hands me the roses.

I walk over to his old truck and sit down in the leather seats and turn on the radio.
"I was thinking more of a slow song"
He pops in a CD he obviously made filled with cheesy slow songs i don't know.
"Babe, this night is going to be perfect"
We drive up to a hotel and we walk up to the front desk.
"Lovers suite"
"Right this way sir"
He gestures us into  the elevator and brings us up to the top floor of the building and it opens up to   a candle lit room filled with roses and a heart shaped bed.
"Nice right?"
"Yep, cause that's exactly what i was thinking"
"Come here"
He lays me down in bed and we cuddle for a minuet then he gets to work. He starts taking my clothes off.
"Okay, stop"
"What?"
"I said stop"
"Why?"
"I don't love you"
"But i did all of this for you, spent all of this money for you"
"Admit it you don't love me either"
"What do you mean? Yes i do"
"Mila told me everything."
"Shit"
"I know you did it and you told her you didn't love me and you loved her"
"Not anymore i don't"
"But you did, your a cheater and a lier"
"So are you, you went on a date with that loser and you said you wouldn't do it, and you did"
"You did the exact same thing"
"So were even, come on just get back over here and we can forget about his and get back to whats important."
"No, i don't love you"
"Who do you love? That Declan kid?"
"Actually, yes. Yes i do. And i would do anything for him. He means so much to me, and you mean nothing"
"Why is he so great?"
"I feel like i can tell him anything"
"Like lies?"
"What?"
"I heard you tell him i was your brother, i was gonna play along because i wanted you. Now I'm not so sure"
"I don't want you to like me"
"Fine i wont, ill be your worst enemy."
He pulled up his pants and stormed out of the room. I pull out my phone and call Declan.
"Hey, guess what? I got us a sweet apartment for the night."


I hear my door bell ring and i rush down stairs.
"Tell us everything"
"Ya, Adam came to my house late last night and told me he hated you, he wouldn't tell me why"
They pull me up stairs to my room.
"Well he brought me to the lovers suite"
"That's so cute"
"Then it got awkward and i told him i didn't love him, and that i loved someone else and he left"
"Really?
"Ya"
"So who's the person you love?"
"I have to choose Declan. I think hes the one"
"OMG, that's so cute!"
"When are you gonna tell him?"
"I don't know. He said he really likes me but I'm afraid hes gonna say he doesn't love me"
"He will, trust me"
"Okay, i will at school tomorrow"
"Okay"


"Hey, you!"
"Me?"
"Yes you"
"I can explain, i didn't do it with your sister"
"I'm an only child, and i can explain"

"Eleanor lied. I'm not her brother. I'm her boyfriend"

"But its true, she never loved you, she was using you"

I walk around the corner to see Declan and Adam talking.
"Um hi Declan. Can we talk?"
"Yes, we need to talk"
"Um okay"
Declan starts pulling me down the hall. I turn to look at Adam and hes giving me and suspicious smile and then he turns and walks away. We walk out the school doors to under the bleachers.
"Why are we here? Do you wanna kiss?"
"No."
"Why not?"
"Because i know"
"Know about what?"
"I know that Adam is your boyfriend"
"Not anymore"
"But he was?"
"Well yes, but..."
"Why would you do that? You knew i liked you why would you do that?"
"I can explain"
"Fine explain"
"Well, I was dating him and i liked you so i decided to take you both out on dates to see who i wanted to go out with"
"So i was a test dummy?"
"I guess but.."
"No, you know what? I'm sick of this. I had feelings for you. That's why i changed."
"Changed what?"
"This isn't me. I hate sports! I love science and math, and i loved you. But i don't anymore"
"Wait. So your saying that you are a loser?"
"What?"
"So, i went on a date with a nerd? You actually are a nerd?"
"I guess"
"I was kidding before when i told my friends i liked you, but when you changed then i liked you but you were lieing this whole time!"
"You lied too, your parents arnt even divorced, who lies about that?"
"I wanted to have more things in common with you"
"Well we have nothing in common and i wish you didn't lie so we wouldn't have had of this trouble"
"But i was always like this, you changed"
"You are not the same girl i met in the news room. Your a snobby bitch"
"And you a loser and a nerd"
"What ever. I'm out of here"
"Fine"
I stand still and watch him walk away. I loved him. Adam did this. He will pay. I storm into the school to his locker and through him hard against it.
"Hey cutie, you want me back?"
"Why?"
"Cause I'm hot. You know your not that strong"
"Why did you tell him?"
"Because you liked him and he liked you. But i like you and i needed him to hate you and it worked so now we can be together, right?"
"No, no we cant. I love Declan. You ruined my life, how do you think i could like you after you did that?"
"I thought you just would"
"No. That's not gonna happen"
"Your never gonna get him back. So when you want me, I'm here"
He slammed his locker and walked away. I cant help but fall to the floor and cry.
"Oh my gosh. Eleanor are you okay?"
"No"
"Oh my gosh come here. We need to clean you up"
They grab my hands and pull me to the upstairs washroom, which no one uses.
"Okay what happened?"
"He found out"
"Who did? Adam?"
"Declan. He found out my parents arnt divorced and he knows I'm dating Adam"
"Your still dating Adam?"
"Well no"
"Oh good. Cause were sorta together"
"Mila? Back to Eleanor. So what happened? Dose Declan hate you?"
"Yes, i need him back"
"How can we help?"
"I don't know"
"How about we talk to him?"
"Okay"
They rush out of the bathroom to the hall. I decide to stay in the bathroom and think it over.
"Declan!"
"Um hi"
"We need to talk to you"
"Okay"
"Its about Eleanor"
"Oh, no. I cant"
"Why?"
"She lied to me. She broke my heart"
"You broke hers too"
"How?"
"She loved you"
"What? no she didn't"
"She told us"
"But then why did she lie?"
"Why did you lie?"
"To make her like me"
"She did the same thing"
"But why? It didn't seem like it"
"She likes to impress people she was trying to impress you, like you were trying to impress her"
"But she didn't take football classes so she could get on the team to impress her"

I see Gabby and Mila storm trough the door with huge smiles on their faces.
"He said hes gonna give you another chance!"
"What seriously?"
"Ya, hes outside waiting or you"
"What? I look horrible"
"I think it will be the least of his worries."
I push open the door to see Declan standing in front of me. I run into his arms and he holds me tight and gives me a kiss. I stayed there for what seemed like forever over hearing the 'aww's from Gabby and Mila. 
"Thank you"
"For what?"
"Giving me another chance"
"Its okay"
"You do know i love you, right?"
"Ya, Gabby and Mila told me"
"Eleanor. I'm so sorry for everything i said to you today."
"Me too. I didn't mean any of it."
"Neither did i. I was just caught up in the moment."
"Do you promise never to leave me again?"
"I promise."
"And i wont be picky. You can be what ever you want i will love you anyway."
"I don't want to do foot ball anymore but i think this bad boy look really suits me don't you think?"
"Yes. You look very cute"
"I love you"
"I love you too"
"Do you want us to go now.. or are you going to, like just stand there?"
"Um"
"Its okay, come on Eleanor I have to show you something anyway."
"Okay"
He grabs my hand and pulls me down the hall to his locker. He opens the door and pulls out a little box.
"I got this for you"
I pull the lid of the box to find a beautiful bracelet with a charm that says 'I love you. ~Declan'
"This is beautiful. I love it!"
"I was hoping you would."
He holds me close. Everything was perfect. I was happy. He was happy. He was perfect. He made me feel perfect, and i did. I really did love Declan Rosenberg. <3

Audrey has wished on every star for the perfect boy to come to her school. The one with perfect hair and really cute. When school starts up its love at first sight with a boy nothing what she hoped for but she still liked him. At first he seems perfect, kind and sweet. But when the jerks sweep him up he changes in an instant from super cutie to super jerky!
I'm at my house having a sleepover for my birthday with my best friends Lorelei, Charlotte, Briar, Rebecca and Sam. I'm really happy I'm turning 13, but i don't know if I'm ready. Being 12 and never talked, been around, hugged, dated, a guy is pretty sad because most girls at this age have had sex by now but i just guess I'm not into any of the guys here. I'm really not that great with the guys at all. I only have one guy friend i met at camp once but that's it and we never actually talk or try to meet up. I guess i just i never tried hard enough.
"I wish there would just be a really cute guy that would come to our school, all the guys are really ugly"
"Ya me too. But if there was a cute guy all the girls would like him."
"That's so true."
"I wish there was a guy that only liked me"
"But when would that ever happen?"

I grab a note pad a write in 'find a boyfriend.' Then i rush down stairs.


First Day of School.
I grab my new bag from under my bed and check to make sure i have everything then rush out the door and down the street to Lorelei's house. 
"Hi, let me just grab my lunch from in my kitchen"
"Okay"
Lorelei rushes in and i wait for a minuet for her to be done.
"Kay lets get going"
"So, are you nervous?"
"No, why would i?"
"I don't know"
"I wonder who all the new kids are going to be"
"Ya i hope theres a cute boy. That would be amazing"
"Ya but there will probably only be girls"
"Ya."
I really do hope that there is a cute boy but he would never like me. Ever. We get to school and we see all the kids rushing around and we see all our old friends and we say hi and we see new kids to but no cute ones. 
We go into class where we learn about expectations because it would be sorta cruel to bring us back and make us work! Later we get a break to go out for recess.
 Me and my friends walk out of the building and i look around for new kids when i spot someone. It was a feeling i cant even describe. The feeling of love a first sight. Some people don't believe in it but when i looked at him it wasn't just me. He was looking back. All i could think about was him. He was nothing like the guy i described as my dream guy. He wasn't white, he didn't have brown hair, but i felt like he was different. When ever i saw a cute boy i also saw ass hole like it was written on his head or something. Just the way they resembled the kind of guy who like those brand name cookie cutter girls with the strait blond hair, mine was black. Blue eyes, mine were brown. Perfect vision, i had glasses. Brand name clothes and tight pants that ride up their butt crack, and was none of that. And this guy didn't seem like that. He seemed like he would like me and i wanted to know.
"Look at that kid."
"Hes ugly."
"Ya, we should set him and Briar up."
"Ya"
"Go tell him"
"Fine, come on Rebecca"
They run up to him and tell him. I know, why did i do that? Tell them he should go out with her. I don't know i just came out i guess. I also don't think he would say yes.
"Our friend Briar wants to go out with you"
"What one?"
"The one in the black"
"Cool"
Then he walks away. That's it? If i want to marry this kid I'm gonna need to talk to him. Wait. Talk to him? Oh my gosh, i cant do that i know nothing about him.
"Hey, what's that kids name?"
"I think its Gavin"
"Isn't that a girl name?"
"No"
"Oh, okay."
Later that night me and Lorelei go to the movies to go hang out a have a snack. 
"Who do you like?"
"Guess"
"Wait. You like someone?"
"Ya"
"Who?"
"Guess"
"Fine, is it Gavin?"
"Ya how did you know?"
"Because you are constantly talking about him"
"I am?"
"Yes"
"Oh, but don't tell anyone, okay?"

The next day at lunch i sit alone behind the fence because all the kids are playing flag football and I'm really not a sporty girl. I keep glancing over to see him and he never looks back the same way he did before.
"Don't you think Audrey and Gavin would make a cute couple? They both have the same glasses and everything"
"Um I don't know"
"Dose she like him?"
"I don't know"
"I'm gonna go ask him if he likes her"
"Um okay"
"Gavin"
"Ya"
"Do you like Audrey?"
"Uh"
"Ew, Audrey. Shes so ugly!"
"Okay?"
"So what did he say?"
"He said 'Uh'"
"What did Miles say?"
"He said she was ugly"
"Oh"
And it went down hill from there. Rebecca went around telling people i loved him and then the most tragic thing happened. Miles and Gavin walk into my class room and i pretend to ignore him but then 'It' happened. And no, i did not get my period, but i did get embarrassed.
"Hey Audrey do you love Gavin?"
"No"
"Yes you do, Audrey Tyrell. Get it? cause its his last name"
"Gavin Rose, because that's her last name."
"Audrey and Gavin sitting in a tree k.i.s.s.i.n.g."
"First comes love, then comes mirage, comes a baby in a baby carriage."
"Lorelei!"
And that was pretty much the end of my life. Right there. And it carried on. Miles through Gavin's binders at  me and his hats and said we were going to get married when on the other hand i  was getting people saying that he would never like me. It sucked. But i guessed i liked it cause when it stopped he never looked at me anymore and i sucked. I felt hated. I texted Briar and she said she had his number and she could get him to text me and he did. 
"Hi"
"Hi"
"Whats up?"
"Just sitting in my room hbu?"
"Just chilling"
"Cool, so i heard you didn't know me so i was wondering if you wanted to"
"Lmao, sure"
"Whats you favorite color?"
"Blue"
"Cool mines purple?
"Cool"
"Whats you favorite food? Mines pickles hbu?"
"Idk"
"What's your favorite holiday"
"Christmas"
"Me too"
He didnt respond for a while and i was wondering if he hated me.
"Hello?"
"Sorry i have to go. My phones gonna die"
"Bye"
Dose he hate me? Did his phone really need to charge? Dose he still like me? Dose he like me at all? The next day i go to Lorelei's party and i keep texting him hoping he will reply, but he never dose. I ask Briar how long she was texting Gavin the night before and she said 3 or 4 hours. Not 5 minuets. After that we never talked. I would try to talk to him but he would never answer. I would sometimes get mad and hate him but then fall back in love again. I would get mad when he would dance with girls or i would hear rumors about things he had said and i would always twist them into what i want to hear and make there be a reasonable explanation but there never was. He hated me. I didn't know how he felt before. I had heard rumors saying he just didn't know me, he didn't hate me, he was sorry for dancing with those girls, and he was going to ask me to dance but i don't think any of them were true. If i was to know that he ever did like me. That would make my life. But right now i just don't know. He has had girlfriends here. Ones who have cheated on him. Twice. and a little girl who is scared to go near him and will only touch him on a dare. What did i do so wrong that night to make this all turn into another shitty ending of a love story for me? Is it what i said? Is it what he heard? Is it how i look? 
I'm sitting on my bed having a sleepover with Lorelei and Briar. We are on Facebook when we see a video titled 'Gavin Gose Wild' and we click on it. Its a video of him doing random boy crap like humping walls and stuff. Briar writes.
"Those are some sexy moves, love Lorelei, Briar and Audrey." 
"???"
"Why the f*ck are you commenting on this, Not you Adam?"
"I didn't. It was Briar and why would I? I hate you and you hate me."
"Come on Audrey. We all know you are obsessed with him."
"Your so creepy"
And it went on and on. I tried to pretend it wasn't Gavin who wrote that comment but inside i know it was him. Why wouldn't it be? 


I start texting this kid who used to love me named Caleb, who i never liked. He was really, really short and looked like a rat! But i thought he was over me! Ya. Sadly he wasn't and he knew i still liked Gavin and he tried to help set me up with him. 
"Gavin said maybe and that he would think about it and tell me tomorrow"
"Seriously?"
"Ya"
"Make sure he says yes, or i will hate you"
"I will cause im such a great guy"
"Sure.."
 I'm so happy! Me and Gavin could be going out and be a couple, and we would be together forever.
"Did Gavin actually say that?"
"Yes"
"Oh"
"But i hope he says no so i can be the shoulder to cry on"
"Oh um okay?"
"Ya"
Later me and Lorelei are talking.
"Caleb said he wants Gavin to say no so you and him can go out"
"Ew, No! That is never going to happen!"
"I know but he seems to think it will"
Later that night i plan out my outfit so if Gavin says yes i will look fabulous!
The next day a recess Caleb comes up to me very awkwardly because, One, he loves me, Two, hes 3 feet shorter that me, and Three hes a nerd.
"I'm gonna do it"
"Okay..."
I walk away and he gose and talks to Gavin.
"Will you go out with Audrey?"
"Hell No"
"Why? She beautiful and amazing."
"I don't care. No"
I see him walk over to me.
"Can i tell you this alone?"
"No you can say it right here, in front of everyone"
"Okay, he said 'Hell No'"
"Okay"
 I just made no sense. If he said he would think about it i don't think he would have said hell he might have said no. I don't think Gavin said maybe.
"Is she okay, cause i can make her feel better"
"Shes fine"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, she just wants you to leave her alone"
 I was, and i just wanted him to leave me alone because i hate him. I will never love him and i will only love Gavin.


I'm sitting on the ground at the Valentines Dance and Serrina comes and sits next to me. 
"Hi"
"Do you like Gavin?"
"No"
"Oh because.."
Then one of her friends come up and she runs off. I don't know what she was going to say but I'm expecting it to be bad. Just very bad.

I'm sorry this is boring its just because its about my life and I'm sorta boring and there's also more to the Caleb person but i don't really want to recall all his creepiness. But i hope my life gets better so you will enjoy the next part of the story.

The thing is Brently likes Lorelei and was dating Abigail to get closer to Lorelei. He dosnt want to be mean and break up with Abigail so he dates both girls at once. Will he break up with Abigail? or will it all just crash down on him?
Me and Abigail are having a sleepover and she keeps constantly talking about her new boyfriend, Brently. She keeps showing me pictures of him and her and them on their first date and posting new statuses about him and i don't want to be rude and tell her I'm not interested but i still do.
"And this is me and him making out on the top of the Farris Wheel, oh and this is us sharing cotton candy and.."
"Um do you think we could do something else? You know like when you didn't have a boyfriend and we would do in the dark makeovers and stuff like that?"
"Oh i get it, your jealous i have a hot boyfriend and you don't."
"No, i just think its boring"
"What ever but seriously i know if you tried to fix up those dark under eye circles one day someone.. i guess might sorta like you"
"Um thanks i guess.. but.."
"I know you don't like anyone, you tell me this every single time i ask you hoping you will eventually say yes, but fine i guess we will do what you want.. how about it?"
"I guess we could gossip on Facebook..?"
"That's the right answer i was looking for who should we stalk first.. Oh Allison Johnston's new hair is so ugly!"
"Mmm Hmm"
I just grab out my phone and text Charlotte (my best friend) and Brently. I don't really like Abigail shes sorta mean to me and just uses me cause i apparently have good clothes and make up and no one else really likes her, and i don't want to be mean so i just let her be mean. She thinks I'm her best friend, like i would tell her anything but i would never trust her with anything important like that with all the gossiping she dose everyone would know my secret by the end of the day. She also thinks i don't like anyone but i do. I sorta.. okay really love Brently, me and him have been just friends, maybe even acquaintances. We just have a group of friends and we happen to be in the same one and hang around the same people but me and him don't hang out by ourselves or anything. 
Oh my gosh! When i see Lorelei's number on my phone I drop my phone on the floor and my whole family turns to hear what the loud noise was.
"Oh, mom! Brently dropped his phone on the floor!"
"Brently! Could you be more clumsy?"
"Sorry Mom"
I pick my phone of the floor and put the battery back into my phone as i run up the stairs and text her.
When he reply's i get a gitty feeling and reply right away.
"Hey Lorelei, i didn't know you had my number, how did you get it? not that i don't want to have it, i don't hate you or anything. Sorry."
"Um hi, and i got it from Abigail, she said i should have it so i could tell you about all the reasons why she loves you and stuff like that."
"She loves me? we have only been dating for a week, i think its rushing a little bit. Right?"
"Um i don't really know, I've never had a real relationship" 
"Oh that's super cool, taking it single? That's totally cool bra!"
"Um thanks well I'm gonna go now"
"Okay well i will text you tomorrow, Okay"
"Kay, Bye Brently :)"
That's totally cool bra? Oh my gosh she probably thinks I'm totally weird! I had her number on my phone because Grey had it and he knows how much i love Lorelei and he gave it to me but i wasn't ready to talk to her and when i saw her name pop up on my screen i couldn't hold in my excitement! I have liked her for a year now and i never want to talk to her because with all my other crushes they all ended up in disaster and i feel like shes different and i don't want to ruin it, and I'm doing better than normal because she didn't totally get creeped out when i called her a bra... 
Did he just call me a bra? Maybe hes high or something, hes usually very calm and doesn't talk a lot. I  wonder whats wrong. I hope its not cause he doesn't like me. What did i do? Was i not nice enough? Oh crap she probably hates me right now and thetas why he called me that! It probably stands for something mean! I grab my phone and text Charlotte again because she didn't awnser.
"CHARLOTTE! ARE YOU THERE!?"
"YES I'M HERE! Gosh whats wrong? I was trying to enjoy a family dinner but they you budged in! Whats that important?"
"I TALKED TO BRENTLY!"
"OMG that is worth ruining my family's life!"
"I KNOW!"
"Okay enough with the caps!"
"Fine"
"So what did he say?"
"To sum it all together he was really weird and wouldn't stop talking and he called me a bra"

"Well think, hes trying to act overly cool. And hes failing! Remember when he liked me in grade 4 and he would call my his Hot Rod all the time because his older brother used pick up lines to get his girlfriends?"

"I don't know, but don't try to figure out because it could turn out like he is and because he doesn't like you like you like that he will move on from you because trust me, he doesn't need another friend."

I shut off my phone and stare at the ceiling while i listen to Abigail talk about Brently and gossip all night non stop. The next morning i sleep in and i wake up to a picture of a bald cat on my face. I scream and throw it on the floor.
"AHH!"
"Hahaha!"
"What was that for?"
"I don't know, i was bored"
"Oh thanks"
"Your welcome, so do you want to go on facebook? Go to the mall and tell people how ugly there clothes are and act like were Stacy and Clinton for What Not To Wear? Come on get dressed your mom will drive us, Right?"
"Actually i have to go home and babysit my brother and his friend while my parents are in Toronto trying to find outfits for a wedding they are going to this weekend"
"Are you sure? Isn't you brother like 11?"
"No hes 5, and i have to"
"Fine i will just go with Nicky from Algebra"

I hear her pout as i run out of her room and out the front door. I rush quickly to my house so i can get there before my parents leave. I rush down the streets at a walking pace and shield  my face when i walk past Brently's house. I soon run in the door to find my mom and dad waiting for me to get home.
"Young lady! We have texted and called you a million times and you never answered!"
"Oh sorry Dad, i shut my phone off last night and forgot to turn it back on"
"You had us worried sick!"
"I said I'm sorry"
"Well we have to go now, we are already late"
"Okay have fun"
I turn around and walk into the kitchen to find my brother Sawyer setting up a picnic for him and his friend. I walk over and sit down.
"Hey watch it! I worked very hard on this!"
"Sorry, so who's this all for?"
"My friend"
"Ooh, Is it a lady friend?"
"Eww! No! Girls are gross!"
He shoves me off his blanket and fixes the wrinkles and i hear the door bell ring.
"I see your non girl friend is here"
"Go get it!"
"Wow fine Mr. Grumpypants"
I walk over to the door and open it to find Brently and his little brother Nolen. In surprise i start to close the door then i realise his brother is here for the play date and i open the door and look down and realise I'm still wearing my Whinny The Pooh pj's from my sleepover with Abigail.
"Oh, Hi Brently i didn't know your little brother was coming over"
"And i didn't know he was coming over to your house either, not that its a bad thing, i like your house its very, housey."
"Thanks.Well, Hi Nolen"
"Ew, girl cooties"
"Nolen!"
"Its okay my brother is meaner to me, Hey Nolen, Sawyer set up a picnic in the living room, do you want to check it out?"
"Ooh a picnic!"
"Wow your good with kids. Not that i think you should have kids, because its your decision and i don't think you need kids or anything."
"Wow, you talk a lot!"
"Dose it bother you? Cause i can stop if it really bothers you. I'll just leave"
"No its okay, i don't really mind. You just seemed so shy before."
"Oh ya, i guess, sorta. So do you think you need any help with these kids? Not saying you would do a bad job or I'm concerned or anything"
"Sure come in we can just hang out and get to know each other better"
"Okay"
I step off of her front porch and come inside. It has a warm forest feel and it smells like pine trees which makes me feel at home. She pulls me by her dainty hand down her hallway to her living room where our brothers are playing and eating cucumber sandwiches, i sit down on her couch and we talk for a while.
"So"
"So, what do you like to do on you spare time?"
"I usually go out somewhere and take a walk and just take some time to think about things. How about you?"
"I like to play video games and watch TV and stuff like that"
"Can i tell you something i have never told anyone in my whole life?"
"Um, ya sure!"
"I really love video games, and not like semi violent games the full on zombie, killing, brain crushing kind"
"Really? Me too!"
"Do you want to play some? I have a huge collection in my basement"
"Sure"
Me and Brently walk downstairs and our brothers follow and  play on his Hot Wheel car set he got for Christmas. When we walk up to the box of games his eyes widen.
"Zombie Crush 1, 2, 3, and 4, Attack, Zombie Highway, 'Die Zombie' 1, and 2, but two is way better."
"I know right? So which one are we gonna play first?"
"Zombie Crush 3, duh! 4 is way to over done"
"I was hoping you would say that!"
For the next 3 hours we play different zombie games and i have to admit hes good but not as good as me. I really like spending time with him, and it seems like we are really friends.
"Wow nice shot to his head!"
"Its a power shot, if you hold the 'a' button for 5 seconds it turns into a power gun"
"Let me try"
"Wow! You just like killed 4 zombies with one shot!"
"That was cool, Kay well all the soda is kicking in and i have to go to the washroom really bad, so.."
"Up the stairs and to the left"
"Thanks"
When he runs up the stairs i walk over to my brother and Nolen and i see now that they have move on to cutting the hair off of my old Barbie's.
"Um, Nolen"
"I told you we would get in trouble"
"No, i don't care, do you now if your brother likes anyone?"
"Why?"
"Because a friend asked"
"And is that friend you?"
"Okay, yes!"
"Okay, he tries to get my to guess and i don't know who for sure but all i know right now is that she has brown hair and brown eyes."
"But he has a girlfriend and she has blond hair, did he tell you this a long time ago?"
"No he told me that last night after he finished texting some girl"
"What?"
Then i heard the door open and i rush over to the couch to sit down.
"Are you ready to move onto Die Zombie 2?"
"Ya"
"Is something wrong? You seem sad."
"No, I'm not sad. just thinking about.. how I'm going to beat you in the game"
"You wish"
What did Nolen mean? He doesn't like Abigail? But then why is he dating her? He must not have been talking about me, i can think of so many other girls with a combination of brown hair and eyes. It cant be me. Later that night its time for Nolen and Brently to go home and I walk him to the door.
"Thanks for letting me stay, i had alot of fun, and i have to say your really good at those zombie games"
"Thanks, I'm glad you could stay too, well i will see you at school tomorrow"
I kneel down and give Nolen a hug goodbye and i whisper in his ear.
"Thanks"
"No problem"
"Okay well bye"
Then i lean in for a hug and she hugs me back.This gives me a feeling of relief because she doesn't hate me. 
Then i hug him goodbye and it makes me happy because we are no longer acquaintances we are friends and that means one step closer to love, but then there is Abigail.


The next morning i wake up really early so i can look really good since my new friend will be paying more attention to me and we can talk now and stuff and i cant wait to see him.
I wake up late and i try to look the best i can for Lorelei and Abigail. I grab my outfit i planned out last night that i laid out on my chair and put i on, i look super hot and i hope Lorelei thinks so too. I grab my bag and run out the door with no breakfast. 
I go to where my group of  friends usually hangs out in the morning and I'm the last one there i get greeted with Hi's and Hello's but only one sticks out from the group and it was Brently and when our eyes meet i feel something different than usual. He looks so good, and not just good hot!
When i see Lorelei my heart stops, i just couldn't think she could be more beautiful and there she goes and I'm forced to be putting my arm around Abigail when i would much rather have her in my arms.
"Hi"
"Hi Brently, you look really nice today."
"Thanks you too"
Everyone just stares at us talking and then we remember that we never used to talk and that it was weird to them, and i try to make it seem like nothing happened. 
"Oh Abigail you look so pretty as usual"
"Thanks, i know i look good, and so dose my hot hubby Brently, right baby?"
As she grabs him and starts making out with him i gag and turn away to prevent barfing on her super ugly outfit. I try to be nice. 
"I love you"
"Thanks"
Then the bell rings and i cant help laugh at his response and her face. As we walk inside they keep arguing. 
"Your supposed to say you love me back!"
"Fine, i love you, happy?"
"No, you have to say it so everyone can hear!"
"Fine, I LOVE YOU!" 
He screams at Mrs. Hannabee the oldest teacher in the school. She houghs and rushes into the school. Everyone starts laughing except for Abigail. 
"We are so through"
"Okay"
Abigail stops in her tracks and he runs up to the rest of the group and puts his arm around me and my stomach drops and i look up and him and he smiles down at me. All through class i think of what him putting his arm around me could have meant, dose he like me? Are we going out? At lunch i learn the answer to that. Me and my group of friends minus Brently and Abigail are in the cafeteria and we are all not eating our mystery meat and we are just talking about celebrity news. I don't talk about me and Brently hanging out last night because the only person who knows i like him is Charlotte and shes not here today so i will have to text her, but my thoughts get interrupted by my eyes catching a glimpse of Brently with his arm around Abigail. Yep him putting his arm around me = NOTHING! They come and take a seat. 
"Guess what everyone?"
"What?"
"Me and Brently are back together again!"
Everyone tries to act surprised when she tells us,then she grabs his face again but this time its different i see him pull back but she doesn't care and just pulls him in anyway and as they kiss he stares at me with sad eyes and for the moment of our eyes meet i know something was wrong and i needed to know what was wrong. I have a strong tendency to try and make people jealous and right now I'm feeling a really strong urge to do it.While they are still kissing i ask.
"Um Brently, i was wondering if you wanted to go to the movies with me tonight like as a date."
"Sure sounds like fun"
"But I'm coming right? I am your girlfriend you know."
"Ya i know i just want to spend some time with my new friend"
"Ya do you not trust me? Your own best friend?
"Well i guess so, but don't get any ideas hes mine, forever."
"I know and i wont"
"I will pick you up around 8"
"Okay"
Then i make a dramatic exit and try to make my butt look cute as i walk away because i hope hes looking and i do hear a whistle but not from him, its from some creepy kid that i don't know the name of but i always see him at the grocery store and he always stalks me so i try not to go alone anymore. 
Yes, I'm going on a date with Lorelei! i cant wait, i wonder what we are going to see. I know Abigail trusts me because she thinks shes the only person I'm gonna love which is not true at all and she thinks Lorelei is gonna make a move on me and i really hope she dose! Now i bet you want to know why i took back Abigail or why i was dating her in the first place. I wanted to get closer to Lorelei by dating her best friend but she wants a lot more than i do considering she trys to make out with my every 5 minuets and i have gotten in trouble 6 times for making out in the hall way and if my mom found out she would kill me! And the reason i got back with that psycho was because when i said no 3 times she started to cry and the only way to shut her up was to say yes and she knows i don't like PDA but she still forces me to  put my arm around her and make out with her.
When i get home from school i plan out my outfit to go to the movies with Brently. I grab a really cute purple shirt and a pair of dark washed jeans and a red heart necklace. i slip a 20 in my bag and some cherry lip gloss if it ends up that way (wink wink) and i wait on the couch for him to come.
I sit at home for a long time until i think its an appropriate time to start to get ready i pull on a brand new red shirt and some jeans and leave to go pick her up. I stand on her door step and take a deep breath and ding the door bell and she rushes to the door, and i cant help but gasp.
"Wow you look, amazing!"
"Um thanks Ive worn this to school before, oh you look super cute yourself, who are you trying to impress?"
"Ha ha, no one i just always try to look my best"
Under my breath i say "Even your bad is super hot"
"What?" 
"I said lets get going"
"Okay"
We walk out of the my house and start walking to the movies. I wanted some time to talk to him and ask him about the Abigail thing. I start to get really cold.
"Its really nice out"
"Ya and really dark and cold"
"Oh here"
He wraps me in his coat under his arm. Now i know friends don't do this because if they did that would be weird. Really weird. I know he cant just think of me as a friend.
"So whats with you a Abigail?"
"Oh, about that"
He starts to pull his arm off me, but i grab i and pull it over me tighter and snuggle into his chest.
At this point my heart is beating so fast and she can probably tell because she is snuggling me and this proves that she doesn't think of me as a friend.
"I was only dating her to get closer to you"
"Really?"
I look up at him and his eyes seem sincere and i can tell hes not lying.
"Well i don't think you could get and closer to me than this"
Than he lifts me up in the air and swings me around and pulls me into a hug.
"No this is closer"
I smile "I like it like this"
"Do you really want to go to the movies?"
"No not really , i heard Abigail was going there tonight to spy on us" 
"Do you want to go to the ice cream store down the block?"
"Sure"
We soon arrive in the store and it is filled with pink. He pays for us to share a milk shake and we sit and talk for hours. 
"I'm really happy you asked my out on a 'friendly' date because then i wouldn't have ever had the nerve to tell you how i feel"
"And how do you feel?"
"I feel different around you and your just so perfect and i couldn't imagine my life without you in it with me.
"Aw, and the only way i can fall asleep at night is thinking of you!"
Later when we are done our  milk shake we say thanks and leave the store and walk home.
"This is the best day ever"
"I think so too"
I quietly whisper "I love you" and he stops. I look up at him and he looks down at me and we both know at the exact same second what to do. I grab onto him and we start kissing in the middle of the side walk, i can hear car horns honking at us and we aren't kissing like him and Abigail do, its normal and he doesn't seem like hes trying to get away from me he seems like he really likes me and i like him too. He walks me back to my house, and we stop.
"So before you go, dose this mean were going out?"
"I guess so"
I go in for another kiss and we say good night and i watch him as he walks home into the darkness. I run inside to prevent getting attacked by a raccoon or maybe even a hobo, and i realise i feel much safer with him. I run up to my room and grab out my phone and start texting him all night.
I couldn't be happier, at all what so ever. She is my dream come true and she's was better than i thought she would be and those cherry lips! i like my lips and they still taste like cherries. Now what do i do about Abigail first of all she thinks i love her, she told me not to make a move or nothing (and more than that happened) and I'm dating her and her best friend. This cant turn out well.


The next morning i walk to school with Brently and me and him a cuddling like we were last night but then we got to the school and he pulled his arm off. I try to grab it back and i give him a sad/worried look. 
"Sorry, its just they don't really know us as friends yet and to see us dating would throw them off, plus i don't want Abigail to get  mad you know because i broke up with her and all"
"Okay that makes sense, but before we turn the corner i want another kiss"
I give her a kiss and we walk around the corner and i lick my lips, yep cherries. I feel really bad to lie to her because i didn't break up with Abigail. I don't like her. At all, but i don't want her to cry again! its so annoying.
"Wow i see the two of you are friends now"
"Yep"
I try to go in for a kiss but then i remember that its a secret.
"Just friends"
"Where were you two last night?"
"The ice cream shop"
"Our ice cream shop?"
"Its not really ours"
"Fine then ill make something else mine"
Then she grabs him and trys to kiss him and he fake sneezes in her face.
"Oh my gosh! Ew!"
"Oops sorry allergies"
When we walk away from her Brently grabs my hand and we try to make it unnoticeable so no one suspects we are dating. When me and him are alone i had to ask him something.
"Why did she try and kiss you?"
"She wouldn't take no for an answer but i told her i didn't like her anymore and she said she would consider it"
"Oh okay" i say sadly
"Don't worry, don't be sad, you are my girl and i will only love you."
He gives me a kiss and a hug before i go off to class. All during class I'm thinking if weather or not i should tell Abigail that I'm dating Brently and its not her decision. I'm going to. I see her down he hall and i quickly walk down the hall when i get pulled back. Its Brently and he gives me a quick kiss.
"Where are you going in such a rush?"
"I'm really bothered by Abigail and i need to tell her to back off my man"
I love it when she says that but i cant have her tell her. I know eventually i will have to but i cant have her have a spaz on my woman. Nah it works better when she says it.
"No you cant"
"Why not?"
"Because i don't want her to hurt you" 
"Okay but it really is bothering me"
"Okay i will go and talk to her now"
"Thanks"
I give him a hug and he walks over to her and she looks pretty devastated, i sorta feel bad now.
I walk over to Abigail and she seems pretty happy to see me.
"Hey cutie, wheres your new best friend"
"Down the hall"
"Can you promise me you did nothing with that girl that you would regret?"
"Yes, i didn't do anything and i love you"
"I know you do, so why did you come over here"
"I just wanted to tell you Fish died"
"Oh my gosh!"
"Ya"
"It must be really tough for you"
"Ya it really is but i have to go now"
"Good luck"
She leans in for a hug and i walk away over to Lorelei.
He comes back over to me giving me a thumbs up.
"So what did she say?"
"Well i told her that i love you and she was pretty sad but she understood"
"That's good"
"So, do you want to go kiss considering we are officially a couple now?"
"Wow your so cute, you just want to have a reason to make out don't you?"
"Ya pretty much"
We run out of the hallway and in to the janitors closet to make out.
Why did they just go in there? Shes just probably really stupid and she needed help to find some cleaning supplies to clean her ego. I walk over to the door and i hear kissing noises! Lorelei, that trader she knew i loved him for a week and she doesn't give me any time to do my 'thing' with him before she comes in. Hes probably being forced to kiss her. At least when he kisses me he enjoys it! I hear the door opening. And i run to hide behind some lockers. They just come out giggling then they split up and i follow Lorelei.
"Hey girl"
"Oh um, hi Abigail whats up"
"I was wondering if you wanted to sleepover at my house tonight?"
"Actually i sorta have plans with my.."
"Come on it will be fun"
"I will think about it"
"Okay, talk to you later girlie"
Shes so weird. I sorta don't want to go. I had plans with Brently and he was going to come over to play video games. After class i run into him.
"Hey babe" I give him a kiss
"Hey whats up?"
"Well Abigail asked me to sleepover tonight"
"But i thought we were gonna play video games and make out!"
"Trust me i would much rather do that, but its your decision"
I really wanted to hang out with her tonight but if she says no she will make a big commotion and she will find out that i didn't break up with her and she will hate me. Shes going.
"You should go. If shes willing to forgive you i would take it, we can make out anytime but if you say no to this she will hate you forever."
"That's true, okay i will but can we make up some of that making out right now?"
"Sure"


Later on in the day i run into Abigail and tell her I'm going to come to her house.
"Hey Abigail, I'm gonna go to your house"
"Perfect! We are going to have so much fun!"
"Are we going to gossip?"
"Duh! that's what makes a good sleepover"
"Fine"
I really don't want news that I'm making out with Brently on school property getting back to my mom, she would kill me! Later on that night as I'm packing up for pure torcher I'm thinking of how much fun i could be having if i chose the other option. An hour later i ring her door bell and she runs to the door.
"Hi come on in"
"Okay"
"Just follow me upstairs"
I sit down stairs with no help for a while. 
"Whats taking you so long?"
"I have to take my stuff off"
"Okay"
I invited her over here so i could find out what is going on between Lorelei and Brently! They have been acting differently, they are talking. And its creeping me out!
I make my way up to her room which looks the exact same as the last time i was here i place my bags in the corner and sit on the bed. I grab out my phone to text Brently and to text Charlotte to find out where she has been all week. I feel really bad that i didn't have the time to talk to her because i was spending so much time with Brently.
"Nope no phones, Only gossip"
"But i can get gossip on my phone"
"True , but i don't think you could get good gossip anyway."
"Fine"
"Okay so did you see Kurt Burkens hair yesterday? Apparently he woke up late and his hamster made a nest in his hair while he was asleep and he didn't have the time to get it out."
"Really? That's Cool"
I try to act like it was amazing news, but i would personally rather her get mad and me be a home in comfy pj's with my hot boyfriend than her. But suddenly one question caught my attention.
"Do you know who Brently is dating now?"
"Um no"
"Are you sure"
"Ya"
"You haven't seen him with anyone new, maybe them acting a little different too?"
"Nope not at all, Next Question!"
"No thanks i want to go tot sleep now, you can go sleep on that blanket on the floor"
I look down to see a towel on the floor. 
"Seriously?"
"Ya, Now shut up and go to bed, you need the beauty sleep"
"Fine"
I have everything i need. I know they are going out, i can just tell. I have a very good sense of when people are liers .Good for me, bad for the liers. And i don't just tell someone off i make scene and I'm going to catch them kissing and break the news to poor Lorelei. Oh well.
In the morning i wake up to another note on my head, I'm hoping to see a weird animal but instead i read a note which says 'Get Out!'. So i do i pack up my bags and leave the house without a good bye. I grab out my phone and text Brently.
"Hey Cutie, Did you have fun?"
"Not at all"
"Where are you?"
"Walking home"
"Come to my house and we can talk about it, Kay?"
"I will be right over"
A minuet or two later i get to his house and Nolen opens the door.
"Lorelei!"
Nolen runs over and gives me a hug.
"Hey cutie"
"I know who he likes"
"Who?"
He whispers in my ear.
"Its you"
I gasp" Oh my goodness! Really?" 
He nods
"He told me and he said you kissed him"
"Really?"
He walks down the stairs.
"What?"
"Apparently you like me"
"It was a secret"
"But i like you too"
And me and him kiss. Nolen shields his eyes. 
"Ew gross."
"Ha, Come on Lorelei lets go up to my room"
"No kissing"
"I cant promise that"
I smile down a Nolen and he looks grossed out. We walk into his room and close the door and start kissing to make up for not being able to last night.
"So, why was your night so horrible?"
"She just gossiped the whole time"
"That must have sucked!"
"Ya but then she mentioned you"
"What did she say?"
"She asked who you were going out with"
"That creepy"
"Shouldn't she know that?"
"Why?"
"Because you told her you loved me and you couldn't be with her anymore."
"Oh ya, about that, I only told her we were over, i didn't say i loved you."
"Oh"
"I'm so sorry, its just shes your best friend and i dint want her to get really mad at me"
"It's okay i lied too"
"Huh?"
"I said i was her best friend, I'm not. My best friend is Charlotte and i only said i was best friends with Abigail was so i could get closer to you."
"Really?"
"Ya"
Then me and him kiss again. About an hour later i grab my stuff together and go home. The first thing i do is text Charlotte and i feel really bad that i haven't been paying attention to her at all, and i need to find out whats going on with her.
"Hey, I'm so sorry i didn't text you, I've been with Brently. Anyway how are you?"
"Really you were with Brently that's so cool! How did it happen?"
"I asked him out on a date"
"I'm so proud of you"
"Thanks, so where have you been?" 
"I'm sorry i didn't tell you sooner but this weekend i was in my bedroom walking around and i collapsed to the floor and i got rushed to the hospital."
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry, are you okay? Why did you fall?"
"They tested me and i have cancer in my shoulder and its making its way up to my brain"
I stand there shocked. Did i just seriously read that? Is she seriously going to die?
"Your going to live right?"
"I don't know. They have to do more tests to find out if they can do surgery but they think i probably wont live for another week"
I stand there shocked. I sit on the bed and start to cry. My parents rush up stairs.
"Oh my goodness, Lorelei are you okay? Did you get hurt?"
I just sit there and keep crying and my Dad sits next to me and i hand him my phone. He sits and reads it and he gasps and put his arm around me.
"I'm so sorry"
"I just cant believe she might die"
"Don't worry its the doctors job to save peoples lives and i think shes going to be fine"
"Really?"
"Yes but she probably needs a friend right now"
"Ya"
I grab phone and text her again and my dad gets up and leaves.
"I can i visit you?"
"Sorry, No. I have to get some more tests done but i can have friends over in around a week"
"Okay i will see you then."
"Okay well i have to go take another test, i will see you next week."
I put i my phone down and take a take a deep breath. I get ready to go to bed and shut off the lights and pull the blankets over my head. I wake up the next morning and go to school. I really don't want to because I'm just really sad and i just cant be around Brently like that. But i have to. When i get to school i walk up to our friends and Abigail is linking arms with Brently and when he sees me he pushes her arm off.
"Hi"
"Hi"
"Hi Lorelei, hows it going?"
"Fine, i guess"
"That's so interesting"
Whats wrong with Lorelei? Is it because she saw me linking arms with Abigail? I just didn't want to make her mad and Lorelei didn't come to my house this morning to walk with me, obviously something is wrong and i need to find out what it is.
I'm walking down to my locker when i hear some one yell my name. I look around and i don't see anyone. Then i feel someone rap there arms around me from behind me.
"Hey cutie"
"Hi."
"Whats wrong?"
"Can i tell you later?"
"Do you want to break up with me? Do you not like me anymore?"
"No i really do, its just i don't want anyone listening in on us."
"Oh okay"
"Okay i will meet you outside at lunch and i will tell you"
"Okay"
I give her a kiss on the cheek and i leave for class. I feel really bad and i don't know whats wrong and i hope she still loves me.
I follow Lorelei around all day and i see him kiss her on the cheek but that's not what I'm looking for i need something more gossipy.
At lunch me and Brentlly go outside so we can have some privacy so i can tell him about Charlotte and why I'm so sad. 
Around lunch i see Lorelei and Brently walk outside into the parking lot and i follow them out and hide behind a car.
"Okay so whats wrong?"
"Well, last night i was texting Charlotte and she has cancer and she might die"
"Oh my gosh, seriously? I'm so sorry, i know how shes your best friend and all"
"Its okay, at least i have you"
Then he pulls me into a hug and we kiss.
Perfect.
"Oh my gosh Brently! Why are you kissing Lorelei? I thought you were my boyfriend!"
"What is she talking about?"
"I'm talking about how you and my boyfriend are making out! Come on Brently"
What? She grabs his arm and tries to pull him away. I pull him back.
"I'm sorry."
"Why didn't you tell her? Do you like her?"
"No i love you!"
"What? No you love me right hubby?"
"No, i don't. I love you Lorelei"
"Then why wouldn't you tell her that you did?"
"Um. I don't know."
"Fine then"
I walk down to my house and skip the rest of the day.
"Wow baby, shes so sensitive. I'm so happy we are together"
"Okay, I don't like you. At all. I love her and i need her now and don't follow me or you will never get a chance"
"Wow, okay but when you want me back and i say no don't complain."
"Trust me i wont."
"Fine."
I can't believe he doesn't want me back! I'm way better than her and I'm prettier to! I don't know why he would like her better. He was supposed to let her get mad and run away and me and him would go out!
I run after her and i run into her at her house. I grab her hand and turn her around. 
"Wait!"
"What do you want?"
"I want you!"
"Well i want you to leave me alone!"
"I'm sorry, I was going to tell her"
"What? When she starts making out with you in front of me? Your a lier!"
"I was stupid! I wish i told her sooner! I would rather be with you."
"Well you should have thought of that sooner"
I slam the door in his face and walk up stairs. I cant believe he lied to me! The only reason why he wouldn't tell her is if he still liked her. I cant believe this.
She is never going to forgive me! I love her so much and this is all my fault. And i wish i could change this and get her back. I need to. I found out she was going to the hospital that weekend to visit Charlotte and i think that would be a great chance to prove to her i love her and to say hi to Charlotte. Then she will see I'm caring and she will want to go out with me. 
I get ready to go and see Charlotte for the first time in a while and i really hope shes happy to see me. I get my mom to drop me off at the hospital and i walk into Charlotte's room and i see her in the bed and i go to give her a hug.
"Hi"
"Hi, I'm so happy to see you, so hows it going with Brently?"
"We broke up"
"Really? Why?"
"He didn't brake up with Abigail"
"What a jerk"
"Ya. But he had to have a good reason right?"
"I don't know. Maybe"
"Anyway. Om so sorry."
"For what?"
"You"
"Oh its okay. Its not a big deal. They said i will most likely live"
"But are you worried?"
"Not really, I'm fine i just have a little trouble breathing, but they said i should recover soon"
"That's good"
"Um Lorelei."
"Ya?"
"You have a visitor."
I turn around to see Brently standing in the door way.
"Hi Charlotte, how are you doing?"
"I'm fine, it just hurts."
"Oh, okay. Well i was wondering if i could talk to Lorelei for a second."
"Go ahead"
I pull her out in the empty hall way so we can have some privacy.
"Why are you here?"
"I needed to talk to you"
"Why? You knew that we were over."
"But i cant forget you. And i need you. Please, this will be the only mistake i will ever make."
"Why should i believe you?"
"Because i love you"
"And why should i say yes?"
"If you love me too."
I grab him and pull him into a hug and i hear him make a sigh of relief and hug me tighter. Then we hear the heart rate in the room move to a long beep. We both run in. And i look at Charlotte. Then at Brently. Shes dead. I grab onto him and cry. Then suddenly i hear a beep my eyes widen and i wipe the tears from my eyes and i see her and shes breathing. 
"She's alive!"
"Charlotte?! Are you okay?"
I see her moving but shes having a little trouble talking.
"I think shes okay."
I see her nod her head and me and Brently run over to hug her. Later that week when shes more stable me and Brently come back in to see her. The Nurse is in the room pouring her some more water. 
"Hi Charlotte!"
I run over and give her a hug.
"Hi, so i see you two are together again."
"Yep"
"So hows it at school?"
"Boring as usual"
"That sounds fun"
"It isn't"
"Ya."
"So when will you be coming back to school?"
"Next week"
"Really? That's Awesome!"
"Ya, I can wait to see everyone!"
I start to cry.
"What's wrong?"
"I'm just so happy your okay"
"Aw thanks, I'm happy you could be here with me."
I run over to her and give her another hug and this time Brently comes too. 
"I love you guys"
"I love you too"
"Me too"
